With its 46 years of deep-rooted history, as one of the most prestigious and influential business platforms in the sector, this year it further strengthens its foundations with a 50% government support. This event, which will be held between April 17-20, 2024, will take place at the TÜYAP Fair and Congress Center, bringing together participants and visitors from a wide geographical area including the Balkans, the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries, the Middle East, and North Africa. Holding the title of one of the world's top five building exhibitions, this event offers a unique meeting point for industry professionals.
The fair will host 319 participants from Italy, Russia, Austria, Germany, and the United Arab Emirates, and thanks to the 50% government subsidy, it is expected to attract even greater participant and visitor interest this year. With the participation of more than 400 VIP buyers from over 60 countries expected, the fair is also anticipated to be visited by over 10,000 professional buyers.
This year, a first will be realized at the Building Fair - Turkeybuild Istanbul in collaboration with the Scaffold and Mold Industrialists Association (İKSD) and ICA Build Fuarcılık A.Ş.; a special hall will be established for Scaffold and Mold companies. This special section offers a unique opportunity for companies in the sector to showcase their products more effectively, establish new business connections, and strengthen existing relationships.
Banu Keskin, the Director of the Building Fair, highlights the increase in foreign participant, buyer, and visitor interest in the 46th year of the fair, stating that booth sales have already been 90% completed. Keskin emphasizes that fairs are critical success factors for maintaining the vibrancy of the economy and the sustainability of partnerships, and mentions that an event program has been prepared where industry leaders will provide insights and new opportunities, while entrepreneurs will present new business models, products, and ideas for the future of the construction sector.
The 50% subsidy from the government will contribute to the sustainable growth of the sector and further strengthen Turkey's leading position in the construction sector. Keskin invites all participants and entrepreneurs who want to benefit from this incentive to the fair, stating that as ICA Build Fuarcılık A.Ş., they aim to offer new opportunities to the construction sector with their experience and knowledge, they believe that the collaboration with İKSD will set an example for other sectors, and they want to continue adding value to the sector.
